Join us in Garden City, Idaho as The Marcus King Band embarks on a journey across 34+ US & Canadian cities and a plethora of international dates including Auckland, NZ; Byron Bay & Sydney, Australia.
One of the most talented young singers, songwriters and guitarists in the business today, front man Marcus King is joined by a supremely talented group of blues, rock and soul musicians to create wonderful music. A poignant atmosphere is cast on stage as King sings his bluesy compositions ‘Heartlands’, ‘Honky Tonk Hell’ and ‘The Well’ as well as some of his other songs including ‘Beautiful Stranger’ and ‘Goodbye Carolina’ to name but a few. The band’s latest album is called Darling Blue (2025) and is a collaborative album featuring Jamey Johnson, Kaitlin Butts and Billy Strings and others. Marcus King was nominated for a Grammy for Best Americana Album in 2020 for El Dorado. About the Act The blues were Marcus King’s early music education, courtesy of his father Marvin King, a blues musician, and his paternal grandfather, who was also a bluesman who performed professionally.
Atlanta Penelope Road is a 6-piece band known for their energetic live show fusing elements of classic rock, soul, jazz and funk to create an entirely new sound that has captivated audiences from coast to coast including stops in New York and Los Angeles. Their catchy hits include "Man I Need", "Chance Encounter", "Mercy", "Flowers (Carry Me Home)", and "Out Tonight". Their brand new music is energetic and is their first all new music in this energetic style with their release of their live version of their hit song, Man I Need (Live At Capricorn Studios) (2026) which has made them nominees for The Blues Foundation 2026 Best Self-Produced CD Award. These six musicians are pioneers in their own right with their own special style of music that they have created and coined as “stanky funky junk”. Genres of past music are meshed together with the modern tastes of today’s Gen-Z. The Atlanta Penelope Road version of Olivia Dean’s “Man I Need” is a crowd pleaser with views now over 3,000,000 and APRTV is exploding in popularity and the band are climbing the ranks to become one of the top young acts in the country.
